What’s the minimum time required to book in advance?

We need a minimum of 48 hours to process everything correctly.


 

What does the Picnic include?

All picnic baskets include whatever you may need to enjoy the event. This means you’ll find a blanket, cutlery, all food in packages, ice-cold bottle of wine…everything you need! And the most important thing: food is high-quality with fresh market products mindfully selected and a generous quantity because in Spain…we eat big!! Rest assured you will be full once you’re done.


How do I place an order?

Real easy! First, pick the picnic you like the most in our section “Our Picnics”, personalize it however you like with the options we give you, you can one-up it with our flower arrangements or surprise picnic options. Lastly, choose where and when you want it and go on to pay the picnic. Easy, right?


 When and where do you deliver?

We usually start delivering at 12:00 P.M. and finish at 11:00 PM but if you need your picnic to be delivered outside this timeframe let us know and we’ll see what we can do. The delivery is done in places specified in out section “Locations” which we consider to be the best places in Madrid for picnics. However, if you need us to deliver the picnic to a hotel, a meeting place, there’s no problem as long as it’s in Madrid city.


What if I change my mind or it rains?

Do not worry! The moment you purchase your order we’ll keep an eye on the weather to make sure conditions are optimal for the picnic.
If this is not the case, we will let you know and we commit to choosing another suitable date for you.

In case you change your mind: cancellation is free up to 72 hours prior to the picnic.

48 hours before the picnic, money will not be reimbursed in case of cancellation. As an alternative, we allow you to pick another day for the picnic.


What if I have a food allergy or special dietary needs?

You just have to let us know if you have any allergies or the kind of diet you’re following so we can adapt the picnic. No problem!


I don’t particular enjoy one of the products from the menu, can anything be done?

All you need to do is inform us through the commentary box once you purchase your order or e-mail us at [email protected], which products you don’t like and we’ll be glad to change them. We love a good challenge!


What is the option of the Flower Arrangement?

We can add to your Picnic a wonderful bouquet to surprise that special someone.


 What is the Surprise Picnic option?

This option means you’ll have the picnic all set-up wherever you want to surprise your companion. We previously decide on a meeting point to have everything prepared upon your arrival. Imagine their face once they see it!


What payment methods do you accept?

We work with RedSys accepting VISA, MASTERCARD, 4B and practically all current cards, we also have the PayPal and Bizum payment gateway.


I want to organize something special for my Picnic, can I get some help?

We love to going that extra mile to prepare a special moment for you: like wedding proposals, surprise gifts, etc… All you have to do is tell us what you want to do and we’ll help you plan the whole thing. If you have an idea, tell us and we’ll help out!


How can I contact you if I’m running late or I have problems finding the meeting point?

Once you place your order, we’ll be in contact through e-mail, letting you know weather updates and where we’ll be meeting up including maps and pictures of the designated area. We’ll also you inform you of the best transportation methods. We’ll provide you with our phone number so you can text us if you have any further inquiries. If you’re running late, we’ll wait for you. Just worry about enjoying Madrid and its loveliness.
