How to order

How far in advance do I need to order?

We need a minimum of 48 hours to be able to organise everything properly.

How do I place the order?

Very easy. First, pick the picnic you like the most in our Our Picnics section, personalise it with the options we offer, enhance it if you want with Flowers or our Surprise Picnic service, for example. To finish, choose where and when you want it and proceed to the secure payment. Simple, right?

What's your delivery schedule and area?

We normally start delivering picnics at 12:00 and finish at 23:00 (11 PM), but if you need your picnic outside this wide schedule, let us know and we'll see what we can do. We deliver to the spots listed on our Locations page, which we consider the best places in Madrid for picnics. But if you need us to deliver to a hotel, meeting place, etc., no problem, as long as it's within Madrid city.

What payment methods do you accept?

We work with RedSys, accepting VISA, MASTERCARD, 4B and virtually every current card. We also have PayPal and Bizum as payment gateways.

What does the Picnic include?

Our picnic baskets include everything you need to enjoy comfortably. That means you'll find the blanket to lay on the ground, all the tableware, food perfectly packaged, the bottle of wine nicely chilled… no detail missed! And most importantly, the food is top quality with fresh market produce carefully selected and in generous quantity, because in Spain we eat well!!! We promise you won't go hungry…

What if I have an allergy or special diet?

Just tell us what you're allergic to or what diet you follow and we'll adapt the picnic without any trouble.

There's a product I don't like, can we do something?

Just write in the Comments field when placing your order, or email [email protected], telling us which products you don't like or don't fancy, and we'll be happy to offer alternatives. We love a challenge!

What does the flower bouquet option include?

You can add to your Picnic a beautiful bouquet of flowers to surprise that special someone — a charming bouquet fully prepared to carry.

What does the Surprise Picnic option include?

We prepare the picnic wherever you want, so you can give a magnificent surprise. We agree on the spot with you and prepare everything so that when you arrive, you just sit down and enjoy. Imagine their face when they see it!

I want to organise something special for my Picnic. Can you help?

Nothing makes us happier than being your accomplices for a special moment — a marriage proposal, a surprise gift, etc. Just tell us what you want to do and we'll plan it together. If you have a specific idea, share it with us and we'll help you.

Changes and delivery

What happens if I change plans or it rains?

Don't worry. From the moment you purchase, we'll keep an eye on the weather and keep you informed by email about how it evolves. If conditions aren't optimal, we commit to changing to another date that suits you.

If you change plans: cancellation is free if made with 72 hours' notice.

From 48 hours before the picnic, the amount will not be refunded in case of cancellation. As an alternative, you can choose a different day to enjoy the picnic.

How do I contact you if I'm running late or having trouble finding the delivery point?

From the moment you purchase, we're in constant contact with you by email. We inform you about the weather and how it evolves, and we also send you the meeting point with maps and photos of the area, along with the closest public transport options. We also offer several other communication channels (SMS, WhatsApp or phone call) to guide you to the area. And if you're running late, don't worry, we'll wait for you. You only need to worry about enjoying Madrid and its charms.
